As we celebrate William Penn’s Charter on March 9th, PA Trails of History sites and museums open their doors at no charge, with many having special speakers and programs. In addition, the 1681 Charter will be on display at the Pennsylvania State Archives facility, 1681 N. Sixth Street, Harrisburg.
