User-Generated Content Terms and Conditions

This User-Generated Content Terms and Conditions is made by Where and When Pennsylvania, with offices at 1100 Corporate Boulevard, Lancaster, PA 17601 (“Where and When Pennsylvania”, “Publication”) and you (“User” or “social media User”). This agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your user-generated content on the publication’s social media platforms.

By using the hashtag #whereandwhenpa or tagging @WhereAndWhenPA or any other hashtags promoted by Where & When Pennsylvania, the social media User hereby agrees that the respective Instagram, Facebook, and/or Pinterest photo and/or video shall become property of Where and When Pennsylvania in perpetuity. The User also acknowledges that they have sole rights to any and all content that the User adds the hashtag #whereandwhenpa and/or tags @WhereAndWhenPA on said platforms. Where and When Pennsylvania reserves the non-exclusive right to use the photograph and/or video content in its publication or other promotional purposes as deemed fit by the Publication. By adding the hashtag #whereandwhenpa and/or tagging @WhereAndWhenPA in the photo or video, the social media User also acknowledges and understands that any persons appearing in the content have given the User and Where and When Pennsylvania consent for reproduction and promotional use. The social media User also acknowledges that by using the hashtag #whereandwhenpa and/or tagging @WhereAndWhenPA that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions of use.
