Small Business Saturday / Haven Holidays Parade

Throughout downtown Lock Haven. Downtown Lock Haven, Inc. and the Small Business Development Center at Penn State team up with area merchants to invite people to “Shop Small, Shop Local!” Participating downtown retailers offer sales and special savings during the Saturdays leading up to Christmas. A 6 pm Holiday Parade up Main Street ushers Santa into town.
