Ice fishing at Beltzville Lake offers a different kind of winter outing. Check ice before venturing out: at least 4 inches of clear, solid ice is generally recommended for one person. The park does not monitor ice conditions. Always review state fishing rules and bring safety gear before heading out.

Escape the cold at Oak Lodge in the Laurel Highlands. Choose a cabin or a room in the Main Lodge, and enjoy the peaceful winter scenery. Some accommodations include breakfast; amenities and access vary by lodging type. The expansive property includes a spa, pool house and café.
