Surface: crushed limestone in Allegheny County and West Virginia, Recycled aspahlt and original ballast in Washinton County Restrictions: Prohibited use from Route 980 to Midway Borough and from Dinsmore Road to WV State line due to active construction Special Note: Due to construction the section in Washington county from PrimroseRoad East to the McDonald Montour Trail Viaduct is Closed. Also , the Primrose Trailhead is closed. Trailheads: Walker's Mill, Rennerdale, Gregg Station, Oakdale, Noblestown, Sturgeon, Station St, and Laurel Hill Road in Allegheny County. McDonald Trail Station in Washington County, and Colliers and Cove Road in WV.
