Colonel Ricketts Hard Cider Winery

Cidermaking 30 years ago we started out by making hard cider in our basement. In 2006 we bought a press and began making our own sweet cider. Now we are directly involved in every step of the cider making process, from choosing the apples to bottling the final product. Our apples are bought from orchards here in Columbia and surrounding counties. Each year we produce new yummy flavors, depending on the various kinds of apples available to us. Although we usually mix varieties, we sometimes produce distinctive singleapple ciders, such as Delicious Red and Satin Gold.
