Q. How do I redeem points?
A. You will be emailed everytime you earn points. Your points will also be visable in your account cache. You will be able to redeem them at check out.
Q. What do the Achievement Levels mean?
A. The more points you earn (even if you redeem them) the higher your level, the more perks that are available to you. Note: Perks may be added or changed at any point.
Q. Do our points last forever?
A. No, but you can roll over up to 500 points annually. You will never lose your achievement level unless your account has been inactive for a year.
