Q. What type of events do you accept and is there a fee to list them on the website or in the magazine?

A. We accept events that occur in Pennsylvania and give preference to those which appeal to the visitor market. We reserve the right to restrict publication of any event. Event listings are free but content may be edited, as we deem necessary. Due to space limitations some events may appear on whereandwhen.com, but not in our quarterly magazine. To submit your event, click on the "submit your event" link.

Q. How often is Where & When Pennsylvania published?

A. Our magazine is published four times a year. Spring: March 1; Summer: June 1; Fall: September 1; Winter: December 1.

A. Where & When can be picked up at nearly 1,000 locations throughout Pennsylvania, including PA Welcome Centers, hotels, Visitors Bureaus, AAA's, and convenience stores, just to name a few.
