Step into history and celebration at this year’s America250 Parade in the heart of Lewisburg! The day begins at 10 AM with a breathtaking flyover by the C-47 Luck of the Irish, a WWII combat veteran aircraft honoring those who served.
The parade kicks off at 8th & Market Streets, travels through downtown via Market Street turns right on 3rd Street and concludes at University Ave & St. George Street.
Enjoy a vibrant lineup featuring more than a dozen musical units, community organizations, and festive entries from across the region. And keep your eyes open—legendary historical figures have reportedly traveled 250 years through time to join the celebration!
After the parade, the celebration continues at Hufnagle Park with live music and local food vendors.

North Shore Railroad train rides along the scenic Susquehanna River are coming to the Union County Veterans’ 4th of July Celebration! Passengers will enjoy rides aboard veteran-themed railcars and the newly designed America 250 PA train!
Two one-hour rides will depart from Hufnagle Park in Lewisburg on Saturday, June 27 at 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Tickets are $25.
