Spinstock Flow Arts Festival is celebrating its 9th year in Lebanon on June 10th from 12p-9p, at Coleman Memorial Park. The festival is packed with activities and fun for all ages including live local DJs, flow art performances, free flow arts workshops, superbubbles, hula hoops, face painting, spin art, food trucks, and more.This festival increases and celebrates the culture and diversity of Lebanon county with a local artist and business market during the festival.
