Presque Isle Poker Paddle

Welcoming KAYAKS, CANOES & PADDLE BOARDS… all paddlers are invited to join Presque Isle Partnership for a day of fun on the waterways of Presque Isle on Saturday, June 7! The 5.5 mile poker run takes participants on a scenic journey through the Presque Isle Lagoons.

Groups of 20 boats at a time will launch at the Lagoons Boat Launch on Presque Isle State Park. When registering, paddlers must choose a desired launch time to ensure they don’t encounter any floating traffic jams. The first launch time is 7:30 a.m. and then every 15 minutes until 11 a.m.
Paddlers will stop at five pre-determined locations along the route, drawing a card at each location. Individuals with the best and “worst of the best” five-card poker hands win cash prizes.
You may choose to adjust your route as you please and draw any “skipped” card stops at the end of the course. All paddlers must be finished by 2 p.m.
The event wraps up with a post-paddler meetup and lunch buffet at Oasis Pub & Tiki Bar from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Each paddler must present a yellow Meal Ticket included with your registration.
