Land-Based Meditation & Healing Farm Tour

6 p.m. Join Holistic Practitioner, Trella Dubetz and Phoenix Farm for a peaceful hour of relaxation, meditation, somatic awareness and healing, including blending body-based meditations, elements of Trager Approach, and land-based somatic practices. Trella will guide you on a deeply healing and restorative hour-long experience. Please bring a blanket, water bottle, and wear comfortable, stretchable clothing. You will be provided with a small journal and pen for writing, drawing and reflecting. No prior meditation or somatic healing experience needed!
