Alan Byrne Solo Exhibition

The CAN Art Gallery located in the Cranberry Township Municipal Center will host a Solo Exhibition by member Alan Byrne during the month of February 2026.

The Gallery is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Alan Byrne is a native New Yorker, but a Western Pennsylvanian by choice having lived and worked in the area for over fifty years. Educated as an artist in the theater, he spent his first thirty years as a scenic designer. Moving on to the field of education, he has taught at several colleges in Fine Art and Computer Graphics programs.

The work in this exhibit falls into several categories including Digital Art, Illustratorealism and paintings based on the photography of the Farm Security Administration. Mediums include oil, acrylic, digital and pen and ink.

A resident of Bellevue, Byrne has been a member of CAN since 2016.
