2021 Made In America Event

Explore York PA is excited to welcome visitors back to York County during our annual Made In America Event, June 14-20, 2021! For more than 20 years, Explore York has offered visitors a behind-the-scenes look at how their favorite products are made. This year, we will carry on that tradition in a brand-new, hybrid format.

Although the Made In America Event looks different this year due to COVID-19, we have designed an exciting event that takes into consideration the varying comfort levels of travelers.  We will provide daily videos and content that allow visitors to take a tour, listen to educational content, or partake in hands-on demonstrations! Participating businesses will offer a glimpse into their making process and discounts for those who would like to take their experience off the world wide web and into the streets.

More than 20 locations will offer exclusive, behind-the-scenes looks at how they create memories and products for our visitors. From industry to history, alpacas to stained glass, we hope to provide a wide variety of exclusive content to the curious at heart. In-person or online, there are many ways to have it made here when you visit York County.
