Downtown Lock Haven Inc. is hosting the 22nd Annual Best of Clinton Festival. This event showcases & celebrates the beauty, history, & amazing businesses of Clinton County. This is a family event featuring food, vendors, kids’ games, crafts & more! The parade starts at 3:30 PM. Come join the excitement & see what Clinton County is about! A small hometown community you’ll want to keep exploring.
