As Canada’s first international rock superstars, The Guess Who scored numerous Top Ten hits during the 1960s and early ‘70s including “These Eyes,” “No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature,” “Laughing,” “No Time,” “Hand Me Down World,” and “American Woman.” While it was sometimes mistakenly thought to be a British group, The Guess Who went on to forge an identity as a distinctly Canadian band, with a diverse sound that included different variations of rock, pop, psychedelia, and even jazz.
