MENU: First Course: Grilled Boar Sausage Charcuterie. Second Course: Buffalo Arancini with Chipotle Smoked Cheddar & Barbecue Sauce. Third Course: Mixed Greens with Maple Vinaigrette, Seared Duck Breast, Toasted Almonds, Mardarins and Cranberries. Fourth Course: Braised Venison Short Ribs, Served with Confit Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted Root Vegetables. Fifth Course: House Made Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese FrostingTickets: $75 per person.
