PAIRINGS COMING SOON! Join the team the Wyndridge Farm Lancaster Tasting Room for a five course pairing dinner featuring the flavors of the holiday season…parsnips, mulled wine, gingerbread and more! FIRST COURSE: Cider Poached Pears with Vanilla Mascarpone. Tart, cranberry hard cider poached pears. Served with mascarpone and reduced poaching liquid syrup. SECOND COURSE: Crab and Corn Arancini with Diablo Marinara. Crab and corn combined in classic arancini and served with a spicy marinara. THIRD COURSE: Fennel Citrus Salad with Burrata and Toasted Hazelnuts Oranges and blood oranges balance creamy burrata, with fennel and hazelnuts for crunch. FOURTH COURSE: Triple Chutney Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Mash. Thyme and rosemary roasted pork. Served with sweet potatoes and apple, cranberry, and blueberry chutneys. FIFTH COURSE: Spiced Belgian Waffle Topped with Butter Pecan Ice Cream and Caramel Stout. A boozy ice cream waffle sundae.
