The flute choir Toot-in-Common will give a free one-hour holiday concert on Monday, December 19 at 7:30 PM in St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 208 West Foster Avenue in downtown State College. A light reception will follow. The program features Christmas favorites alongside dance-inspired music and modern classics. Free-will offerings are welcome.
