The Clinton County Arts Council brings an amazing line-up of musicians and artists to town. A Friday night concert kicks off the event, followed by a day-long music and arts festival along Main Street on Saturday. Started as a jazz festival, LH JAMS has branched out to include blues, alternative country, Latin jazz and more. Food and drink.
