Brunch & Brushes With BHC Curator Amber Vroman

The Berks History Center is excited to offer a new event called Brunch and Brushes, lead by our very own BHC Museum Curator, Amber Vroman.  Create your own masterpiece while enjoying good conversation and delicious breakfast fare! This unique event blends history with contemporary art. Participants will receive step-by-step instructions on how to paint a modern version of the traditional PA Dutch Distelfink while learning about the history of Pennsylvania German art and its significance to Berks County. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged!  Tickets: $30 for BHC members /$35 for non-members, and can be purchased by calling the Berks History Center  Wednesday to Saturday, 9 AM- 3PM. Pre-payment is required. Purchase price includes all art supplies and light refreshments.  This event is limited to the first 20 participants. Masks will be required for entry.
