Music at the Spring presents Essence of Joy

On September 27 at 3pm, Trindle Spring Lutheran Church will be hosting Essence of Joy for a performance as part of their Music at the Spring series. Essence of Joy is one of seven major choral ensembles offered by Penn State University – College Park. Under the direction of Dr. Arreon Harley-Emerson, the ensemble focuses on the performance, education, and appreciation of music from the African and African American choral tradition. Known for their cultural depth and dynamic performances, Essence of Joy is one of the most sought after choral ensembles in Pennsylvania. This concert is free and open to the public.
