In celebration of joining the vibrant Fishtown community today, Mecha Noodle Bar, a Vietnamese and Asian American comfort food restaurant, is offering the first 100 guests through the doors on opening day a $100 gift card to spend at Mecha for a future visit. Doors open at 4 pm on Saturday, September 6. It’s first-come, first-served, so guests should plan to arrive early! Guests can RSVP online; there’s no cost to RSVP and doesn’t guarantee a spot in the line.

Founded by childhood friends Tony Pham and Rich Reyes, this neighborhood noodle bar opening in Fishtown on Saturday, September 6, serves Asian comfort food rooted in family recipes and immigrant heritage. From authentic Vietnamese pho to Japanese ramen, plus creative cocktails and Asian-inspired bites, Mecha brings together the flavors that shaped its founders’ upbringings.

More than just a restaurant, Mecha operates with purpose. Through their nonprofit Eat Justice, founded by Tony & Rich in 2015, they donate $0.50 from every ramen bowl sold to local charities—raising nearly $1 million by the end of 2024, creating ongoing support for local causes.
