Virtual Blender Basics Class at The Rivet at Discovery Space

This class will be taught over two sessions on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11 from 10am-12pm. It will be hosted virtually, and students will be expected to connect online using their own computers from home.

3D generalist software, Blender, has never been easier to learn. In this class, students will be guided through several examples that demonstrate some of the fundamental tools and animation techniques in Blender. In the second part of class, they will be encouraged to customize and combine the techniques to create their own title animation or logo, including the final step of outputting a usable video clip.
