Eastern State Penitentiary opens the cell blocks after dark for a not-too-spooky iteration of its Halloween event that underwent a makeover in 2021. With haunted houses, a psychedelic walk-through experience, interactive performances and more, this event in the nation’s first penitentiary offers the perfect setting for seasonal frights.
