Plan on a soaring good time as the Chester County Balloon Festival takes off on the grounds of the Willowdale Steeplechase. Filled with activities on–the-ground and in-the-air, the festival provides family fun for all ages. Live bands, over 100 vendors, balloons and glows, kids activities and fireworks.
