Meet at Tunkhannock’s Riverside Park at 12:30pm where we will shuttle you to the beautiful Howland Preserve to begin our 5-mile downstream paddle back to the park. This trip takes us through the beautiful Endless Mountains in about 2 hours. Upon arriving at the park enjoy a 45 minute yoga session and 15 minutes of meditation and mindfulness training with Rivertop Wellness. Reservations are required.
