20th Annual Penn-Mar Irish Festival

The festival includes traditional and contemporary live Irish music and dancers, plus Irish food, cultural workshops and speakers, children’s activities and a variety of vendors offering Irish goods, including gifts, clothing, jewelry, music, books, pottery, photography, stained glass and more. The festival committee has announced that this year’s performers will be Eileen Ivers, Across the Pond, Arise & Go, Barleyjuice, Cas Ceol, Dave Curley, Screaming Orphans, Mickey Spain, Susquehanna Pipes & Drums and Irish dance groups. A children’s area will offer free crafts, games, face painting, bounce houses and more. 10:30am-9pm. Adm. Discounted adm is available in advance. Youths age 15 and younger may attend for free. Tickets are available online. Some seating is provided, but lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. No pets or outside food and beverages will be permitted. Parking and shuttle bus service will be provided at two nearby locations (look for signs). The festival is supported in part by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.
