Built in 1802, Greersburg is the oldest public building in Beaver County, the oldest advanced educational institution North of the Ohio River. William McGuffey and John Brown were educated here. It is also the oldest standing building used as a train depot. We feature the history of the Underground Railroad in Beaver County, as well as examples of all principle types of glass, pottery and china manufactured in Beaver County. We have over 3,000 Indian artifacts, Fort McIntosh artifacts, the Abner Lacock Room and railroad memorabilia. Open Sunday 1:30-4:30 P.M., June-September. Tours by appointment throughout the year. Free admission.
